His senior roles at the Finnish Ports Association, the Finnish Maritime Administration, and the European Maritime Safety Agency give him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on port operations, maritime safety, regulation, and strategic development. He has also recently advised on offshore wind, hydrogen projects, and green maritime infrastructure.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cI am excited to join Seacap at such a pivotal moment for the Finnish port sector,\u201d says Mr Mylly. \u201cWith substantial investments ahead, Seacap\u2019s combination of expertise and a strong capital base creates real momentum.
